The pool will be opening SATURDAY, MAY 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

CODE TO ACCESS GATE ENTRY:
USE THE SAME CODE YOU WERE SENT LAST YEAR

Your code from last year will be reactivated on Pool Opening Day.

**New owners:
If you are new to Chisholm Ranch II,
You may email pool@collins-associates.net and request a code to access pool entry gate.
Homeowners with outstanding homeowner association dues will have their code disabled. The
disabled codes will be enabled once the dues are received, the check clears and the account
have a zero balance. Homeowners with covenant violation(s) will have their code disabled until
the violation(s) is resolved.

Pool hours are: Monday: CLOSED FOR CLEANING & CHEMICAL MAINTENANCE

Tuesday through Sunday: 10 am – 9 pm

The pool will be open all day on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30th

Update

Just a quick update for everyone, talked to Thad yesterday and he will be calling McCoulough today to get the porta potties removed and lot 22 cleared of all the crap. He posted the 2017 financial info on the patriot website, which is printed and will be handed out to all shortly.

I am getting the website tweaked, just a bit slower than i hoped but it is coming along.

The next meeting is set for May 20th at 300 pm at the same location. If we get a quarum 1/3 of 34 we should be able to get this rolling.

Lastly, Thad gave me the gate company and they walked me through the software to control it. Thad is getting me the login info and we should be set to update everyone and control the gate.

I would love to have had some of this completed already but Sunday we had a busted water line and have been busy with that.

Hello neighbors. Just an FYI, on the Patriot website, they have posted the By-Laws for the Villas, as well as the Platt, and it states Covenants, but those are not pulling up and I’ve notified Patriot to repost those for us. These are updated as of today.

There will be a flyer in your mailbox tomorrow. There is a meeting scheduled for Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 4:00pm here in the addition, the flyer will give location. This is the initial meeting about the Villas taking off the HOA very soon and we also want to get names and phone numbers, etc. to get a directory put together for everyone. Just so everyone is aware and this we will talk about, there will be an HOA for Chisholm Ranch and an HOA for Chisholm Ranch Villas. We are now two separate entities.

We feel it is time to get together and hear concerns along with all the good things, and answer what questions we can at the present time. Myself and my husband, Kent Coleman (we live directly across from the gate) at 10350 will help get things going. Brad Brugger was going to lead this meeting, but he is currently hospitalized, and will be fine but may not be attending. We have been visiting with him, and have the information he has been given by Thad and also the Developer. This will be the first of many meetings.
