July HOA Dues update

To all HOA Members:

The July 1st $100.00 dues payment has been extended to July 31st by the HOA Board. We are still trying to get all of our records and bank accounts in place from Patriot. Please bear with us while we get setup. We will update you on how to pay as soon as we get everything set.

Update 6-8-18

Just a quick update for everyone.

Last week Jim Bohanon and I met with the gate guy Kenny to find out what it would take to get a keypad on the inside of the gate for walkers to exit. Kenny told us the keypad would be 450.00 and is getting us a quote for installation. More info on that when we get it back from him.

Thad is pulling all of the documents and information together and says he is almost ready to give it to us. I will also keep you updated on when that actually happens.

Finally, we have moved the first board meeting to June 24th at 300pm due to the 17th being Father day.

Dear Chisolm Ranch II Home Owners,

Welcome!

The pool will be opening SATURDAY, MAY 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

CODE TO ACCESS GATE ENTRY:
USE THE SAME CODE YOU WERE SENT LAST YEAR

Your code from last year will be reactivated on Pool Opening Day.

**New owners:
If you are new to Chisholm Ranch II,
You may email pool@collins-associates.net and request a code to access pool entry gate.
Homeowners with outstanding homeowner association dues will have their code disabled. The
disabled codes will be enabled once the dues are received, the check clears and the account
have a zero balance. Homeowners with covenant violation(s) will have their code disabled until
the violation(s) is resolved.

Pool hours are: Monday: CLOSED FOR CLEANING & CHEMICAL MAINTENANCE

Tuesday through Sunday: 10 am – 9 pm

The pool will be open all day on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30th
